The Green to Mean Coffee Precision Control Electric Gooseneck Kettle gives you better control over two of the most important parts of manual coffee brewing: water temperature and pour rate. Its narrow gooseneck spout makes it easier to pour slowly and accurately, giving you more control over saturation and extraction when brewing pour-over coffee.
The digital heating base lets you select your desired water temperature from 104°F to 212°F (40°C to 100°C), so you can adjust your brew water to suit different coffees and brewing methods. A 1200W heating system brings the water up to temperature quickly, while the temperature-hold function helps keep it ready between pours.
With a 0.9-liter capacity, matte black body, digital controls, and wood-look handle and lid accents, this kettle is designed to perform like a serious brewing tool without looking like another appliance cluttering up the counter.
